 Our high-antioxidant chocolate is hand-made locally using ACTICOA™ chocolate.

| The antioxidants, or more specifically the flavanols, are the components which make raw cacao such a healthy option - in fact it is the highest-known antioxidant available. Unfortunately, heating - an inevitable part of production - destroys over 70% of these antioxidants in standard chocolate, but not in ours. ACTICOA™ is a processing method developed to produce a cocoa which retains 80% of the antioxidants naturally available in raw cacao. |
